This was really well done - now there are two more to go and I am already waiting with eager anticipation! I really enjoyed the book. Joe and Jane plus Preston, Amy and Michael - the story was well put together - great actions and suspense. This book is an excellent teaching book, you could use it for what to do and what not to do in a survival situation. A lot of detail and suggestions for great equipment. I can't say enough good thing s about the book. A must read - enjoy and learn. Thanks Mr. Hemming!

Really enjoyed the Kindle version of the next in the Grid Down series. This book focuses on one of the groups in the first book. Trends more towards a good read than the how to focus of the first book and this change in focus was successful in getting me to read the whole book in one night (a long night). Minor editing errors late in the book will hopefully get weeded out in the print version. All and all a very solid second volume and it makes you want to learn what happens to the other groups. This series could have legs. I eagerly anticipate the next in the series. Would love to see this series as a movie some day. Well worth the time spent. While this book was mostly entertainment, I still managed to learn several new items of interest as well.
