This book is a classic in SCM, quite expensive but also very valuable. It's a superb overview of the topic from the fundamentals (e.g. the Forrester effect) to the most popular methods about supply chain optimization. The paper based edition comes with a CD-ROM attached, containing the Beer Game and other extras.
